How do we provide the license?
After approval, follow the private booking instructions to give the digital license to the officiant.
What happens during the ceremony?
Both partners, two adult witnesses, and the Utah-based officiant join the live video ceremony in English and can see and hear one another.
What happens afterward?
The officiant submits the completed marriage information electronically, and Utah County processes the record.
Utah County states there is no waiting period and the license must be used within 32 days of issuance. Verify current requirements with the Utah County Marriage Office.
