Website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website visits and interactions. Optional analytics loads only after you accept. You can decline without affecting booking or change or withdraw your choice through the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics tags. We store your choice in this browser. Google may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from technical connection information. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, marriage-license details, or payment-card information to Google Analytics. With your permission, we also record anonymous package selections and booking-link clicks in our own site database. We separately record confirmed payment and completed-checklist counts from authenticated booking-service notifications, using a hashed booking reference to prevent double counting. These records exclude names, email addresses, license information and card details. Separate booking and payment services have their own privacy practices. Hosting and security providers may still process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Information we collect

When you contact us or book a ceremony, we may receive your name, email address, preferred language, inquiry type, message, preferred date and time, time zone, general joining location, Utah County license status, scheduling notes, and the information required by the booking and payment providers you choose to use.

Please do not send identification documents, full marriage-license links, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form or website chat.

How we use information

We use information to answer questions, provide quotes, schedule and conduct ceremonies, confirm requirements, communicate changes, process payments through the selected provider, complete authorized officiant duties, prevent misuse, and maintain records reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Service providers

Booking and payment information may be handled by Cal.com and the payment provider shown during checkout. Quote-form email delivery may be handled by our email-delivery provider. Website hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error or abuse-prevention signals.

Utah County separately collects and controls the information submitted through its marriage-license system. Its practices are governed by its own notices and policies.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed to provide the requested service, complete legal officiant responsibilities, comply with law or valid legal process, protect the service and its users, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, customer support, financial and business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and officiant responsibilities. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit the sensitive information requested through this website.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct contact or scheduling information, stop optional communications, or delete information that we are not required to retain. Some records may need to remain for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or official-filing purposes.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging a lawful marriage ceremony. The standard online process described here is not intended for anyone under 18. Utah County has separate requirements for applicants who are 16 or 17 and requires them to apply in person.

We may update this policy as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
