Before you apply or book
Both partners must be 18 or older to use Simply Married Online. If either partner is under 18, contact Utah County directly about eligibility and additional requirements before applying. We do not provide ceremonies for minors.
Neither partner may still be legally married to someone else. Separation or filing for divorce is not enough. A divorce must be final before marrying again.

The couple needs a valid, unexpired Utah County marriage license and must complete the county's current application and identity requirements. Each partner also needs a device, camera, microphone, speakers, and a dependable internet connection for the live ceremony.
Utah County's marriage-license fee and any separate document, certified-copy, authentication, or apostille costs are not included in the $199 ceremony price. Requirements and recognition outside Utah or the United States can vary, so verify the rules where the marriage will be used.
