The short answer

What does the $199 witness-included package include?

The $199 package includes a live video marriage ceremony, a Utah-based authorized officiant, both required adult witnesses, and electronic submission of the completed Utah County marriage-license information after the ceremony. The couple must obtain the Utah County marriage license before the appointment.

A meaningful ceremony. A simple process.

What happens during the five-minute online ceremony?

The officiant welcomes the couple and witnesses, explains what to expect, and guides both partners through their declarations. After the required declarations, the officiant pronounces the couple married. Clear guidance keeps the ceremony comfortable and focused without making the moment feel rushed.

The live ceremony typically takes about five minutes. That estimate does not include the marriage-license application, identity requirements, booking, preparation, or the officiant's electronic submission afterward.

Less coordination

Why choose an online wedding with witnesses provided?

The witness-included package removes the need to find two dependable adults, coordinate their schedules, and make sure they join the live appointment correctly. Couples can focus on the ceremony while Simply Married Online arranges both required witnesses.

  • No need to recruit two adult witnesses.
  • Partners may join from different locations when all live-video requirements are met.
  • The officiant explains each step during the ceremony.
  • The ceremony is private, professional, and conducted in English.

Before you apply or book

Both partners must be 18 or older to use Simply Married Online. If either partner is under 18, contact Utah County directly about eligibility and additional requirements before applying. We do not provide ceremonies for minors.

Neither partner may still be legally married to someone else. Separation or filing for divorce is not enough. A divorce must be final before marrying again.

Review eligibility and recent-divorce requirements

Before the appointment

What does the couple need before booking?

The couple needs a valid, unexpired Utah County marriage license and must complete the county's current application and identity requirements. Each partner also needs a device, camera, microphone, speakers, and a dependable internet connection for the live ceremony.

Utah County's marriage-license fee and any separate document, certified-copy, authentication, or apostille costs are not included in the $199 ceremony price. Requirements and recognition outside Utah or the United States can vary, so verify the rules where the marriage will be used.
